An upright perennial succulent.

Leaves are long up to 20cm, lance shaped, silver grey in colour changing to green as temperatures change

On the edge of the leaves small plantlets appear hence the common name 'Mexican Hat'.

Pendulous pink flowers appear in spring.

Best grown in a sunny sheltered position in free draining soil. Can be grown indoors.
